• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

• Delivery Estimates:

  • Local (Kampala/Uganda): Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

  • International: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days depending on customs and local carrier efficiency.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

• Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
