We work hard to get your order packed and out the door as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our fulfillment windows and tracking protocols.

Fulfillment & Processing Window:
• All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. 
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your label is generated.

Estimated Shipping Rates & Delivery Windows:
• Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on destination country).
• Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days via premium global couriers.

Please note that customs clearance procedures in destination countries can occasionally cause unexpected transit delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
